Tool constructions that are suitable for processing and adjusted to the materials are the key to successful and economically produced products made of plastic. We review or work with you on the design data with regard to an optimal plastic-compatible design of the injection mold.

Our team is available to advise you on the optimal material definition with many years of experience and comprehensive know-how in the areas of high-performance plastics, engineering plastics and standard plastics.

With the help of our CAD program Solid Works, we optimize the tools for you for processing suitable for plastics. This saves costs and shortens development times.

With the help of external partners, we can develop a prototype for you in the shortest possible time using stereolithography and laser sintering, if necessary, in order to carry out functional tests and make final decisions before it goes to the tool shop.

We know what it takes

As part of our business relationship, you can outsource your whole mold management to us and have us look after your pieces throughout the entire product life cycle. From the beginning of the development and the designing of the injection mold to the repairing, maintaining, adapting and safe storing. Thanks to our many years of know-how, we can offer you simple rapid tooling molds as well as very complex hot-runner-multi-cavity molds with slides and core pulls tailored to your individual needs.

The foundation of the mold design is the CAD data provided by you, which we check and, if necessary, optimize with regard to plastics-compatible processing. Of course, your special wishes and also the special requirements of the defined plastics are taken into account. This lays the foundation for a high-quality product, cost-effective production and a long-lasting mold.

With the highest precision and quality of the injection molds, as well as on-time processing, we meet your expectations for our mold manufacturing. You will benefit from our various international cooperations in mold making. We guarantee for our partners the compliance with our high quality standards. With our web-based project management system, we document and communicate every step from tool design through the sampling phase to the start of production. And your project management team can be integrated into it. This is how we ensure transparency on all ends!

In addition to implementing mold production and, if necessary, mold modifications, we also carry out regular maintenance and servicing work on the injection molds. In this way, we make our contribution to ensuring the longevity of the molds and consistent product quality.

Injection molding
We bring plastic into shape.

We manufacture final plastic products ready for sale, as well as plastic product components intended for further processing in assembly processes. We specialize in the production of medium and small series, but can also carry out mass production - thanks to our high level of automation and a compact team of employees at extremely competitive prices!

Benefit from the wide range of our technical capabilities, with part weights from 1 gram to 2,500 grams. Our modern machinery currently includes 23 injection molding machines from well-known brand manufacturers with closing forces ranging from 25 to 1,300 tons. And new machines are added every year! This allows us to offer you a high degree of flexibility in terms of component production. The majority of our injection molding machines are equipped with handling systems, which enables a gentle extraction of your products if necessary!

For special product properties, we are able to combine different materials and/or colors in one component using multi-component technology (2K + 3K). Currently, we have five 2K injection molding machines with a rotary plate and sliding table, as well as one 3K injection molding machine with a rotary plate.

You can have us manufacture components from all common plastic materials and compounds - including those with a high glass fiber content.
These include: PP, PE, ABS, ASA, PC, POM, PET, PA, PPA, PMMA, PC/ABS, PBT, LDPE, HDPE, TPU, TPE and many more materials.

We are also happy to offer you complex manufacturing with inserts with our machines - and support you in the conception of such products as early as in the tool design phase.

We offer precised injection molded parts of the highest quality. Quality control includes extensive quality approval processes at the start of production as well as continuous self-inspection by production staff. Regular spot checks based on a multi-step inspection plan guarantee production of consistently high quality. Mutually agreed reference samples, regular production reset samples, as well as structured documentation complement the quality assurance concept and therefore ensure your requirements.

ASSEMBLY
From the individual part to the finished end product

As a system supplier, we offer a range of additional services. This service includes, among others, welding, assembling, printing, packaging and assembling of the parts. For the post-processing of the components, we have the ability to organize all common surface finishing processes (painting, chrome plating, etc.) upon request.

We assemble injection molded components manufactured by us for you and also acquire components to expand the elements on request. For this purpose, we also undertake the development and construction of assembly fixtures and assembly accessories if required. This allows you to reduce assembly steps in-house and reduce possible complications and additional costs.

Manufacturing complex assemblies from different components - possibly produced by different suppliers - is costly. And the coordination of several of these components for a dimensionally accurate, complex assembly involves risks in terms of time and costs. For this reason, we also offer you our assembly service for complex assembly production.

We perceive the assembly of your final product, in which we also perform the final inspection for you, as a special challenge and a special sign of trust. We want to live up to this in every way! Our goal with this service is to protect the environment by reducing transport distances and of course to save you time, money and nerves. You will receive your product from us in your sales packaging - with our stamp that everything is in order with the product and the package contents.

Various ultrasonic welding machines are available for stationary and mobile use on the injection molding machines (inline welding process). Several million units produced per year are the result of great process and employee know-how. We are happy to offer you this service at very fair prices!

LOGISTICS
Storage and delivery perfected

To enable you to keep your promises to your customers, we assign the highest priority to on-time delivery in addition to the top quality of our customized plastic solutions. Our warehouse and shipping staff ensure that your orders are picked and processed professionally and on time. Of course, this also includes the customizing and packaging of the products.

With a safety inventory, which we produce on the basis of your planning figures in stock, we also make short-term "snapshots" possible. In our various warehouses, we keep an average of 1,000 pallets of goods ready for you or your customers for short-term delivery. This is what we understand by a cooperative partnership!

Regardless of whether your order fits into a single carton or comprises several pallets - your request or requirement will be processed by us. In doing so, we pay special attention to a safe, gentle and environmentally conscious packaging option. With the majority of our customers we work with rental cartons that are used several times.

Our fleet consists of small trucks whose capacity can be optimally adapted to the transport needs thanks to trailers. This means that the majority of our deliveries can be carried out in an environmentally friendly and flexible manner. And our dedicated drivers are happy to assist your team with unloading and loading. If larger loading capacities or deliveries to more distant areas are required, we make use of international shipping companies.

If it goes out of the intra-community area, customs documents are needed. We can also offer these as an internal service at a reasonable price and also prepare them at short notice.
